Garth Gariepy

 

 

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Garth Gariepy, a respected boxer and boxing official. Garth was inducted into the Prince Albert Sports Hall of Fame in 2012 as an Athlete/Builder for the sport of boxing.

Beyond his role in boxing, Garth inspired countless young athletes to pursue their dreams and instilled in them the values of hard work, perseverance, and respect.

Garth is survived by his loving wife, Tammy, his children, grandchildren, and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A celebration of Garth’s life will be held Saturday March 29, 2025, at the Legion in Lloydminster at 12:00 pm.

Rest in peace, Garth. Your spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those you touched through your love for the sport.
